Not broken. We only just started asking.
Everyone in the Collective gets a questionnaire, and one of the ticks on it is show my profile to the other members. This page is that tick. It’s where members come looking for each other — and because it’s a normal page on the site, anyone who finds it can read it too. We say exactly that on the form, before anybody ticks anything. The first ones are filling theirs in now. Give it a few weeks and this’ll be a wall of faces. Today it’s an empty page and some honesty.
And when it does fill up, here’s the whole of what goes on it: a photo, a first name, and one line on what they do. Not a surname, not an email, not a phone number. We put that in writing before anyone ticked the box, so that’s the list, and it doesn’t grow later.
